Is my payment confirmed when I send a transaction ID?

No. Payments are confirmed only when the payment provider confirms them directly to PayBangla.

Will PayBangla ask for my PIN or OTP?

Never. Do not share your wallet PIN or OTP with anyone, including PayBangla.

How long does a checkout session last?

By default 10 minutes. Merchants may configure a different window.

How do I become a merchant?

Apply from the merchant registration page. Accounts are verified before going live.

Contact channels will be published once the owner provides them.
